To access the many activities, events and workshops will require the purchase of a HubCon ticket. When your ticket is presented at HubCon, you will receive an access pass in the form of a wristband. This wristband must be worn at all times and presented upon request to gain entry into the HubCon related facilities of the venue. Please do not lose this wristband, as replacements will not be issued.

As this is the first ever HubCon event, we recommend booking early as we reserve the right to cap ticket sales at any time, to ensure those attending have a great time.

Where can I purchase HubCon tickets?

HubCon tickets can be purchased from:

  • Blue Mountains Theatre Box Office: 106 Macquarie Road, Springwood

Should we reach maximum capacity on either day, we reserve the right to limit tickets sold at the door.  To avoid disappointment, we once again recommend pre-purchasing your tickets.

What does my wristband provide access to?

You will be required to show your wristband to gain entry into the collector's market (theatre auditorium); participation in cosplay event; workshops; forums; gaming demonstrations; gaming tournaments; artist and author's alley and forecourt stage activities.

Please note that attendee numbers will be limited for some of the events such as workshops, forums and gaming.  Presenting with a HubCon wristband does not guarantee a seat or spot within these programs. Our programming has been developed to provide as many opportunities as possible for attendees to be able to take part in a session. We ask that all attendees respect fairness in this respect.

NB: there is no charge for spectators on the forecourt; nor Springwood Library activities.

Are there any additional charges?

There are charges for HubCon Special Events and dedicated gaming tournaments.
