2019 Vendor Application

The first Blue Mountains HubCon will be a fantastic opportunity for vendors to promote and sell their products to a dedicated and enthusiastic audience.​

The retail 'Collectors Market' will be held within the auditorium of the Blue Mountains Theatre. The seating will be fully retracted, leaving the floor open primarily for the vendors. Part of the flooring will remain open for attendees to be able to view activities that will be taking place on the stage at the same time.

There will be strictly limited space for vendors, and it is anticipated that it will be very competitive. Therefore, we are opening an 'Expression of interest' which does not guarantee a space. All decisions relating to vendor space allocation will be made by a Committee. The committee will be using a strict criteria to ensure that there is a quality and variety of vendors and stalls for attendees.

Space will be allocated for:

  • Professional retail

  • Indie / sole traders

To submit your expression of interest, please complete the form below. Please indicate:

  • The space that you will require

  • The products that you wish to sell

  • Average price range

Prices are for each day for Vendor space ranges, and will range from a small indie vendor table; a medium space, through to exclusive large retailer (3 spaces only).

If your application is accepted, please note the hours of operation:

  • Friday July 12— Theatre events (NB: non-vendor day)

  • Saturday July 13—HubCon (vendor day 10am—late)

  • Sunday July 14—HubCon (vendor day 9am—4pm)
